When you contact True Brew, we use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss your booking or request. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.

For merchandise orders we use your name, email and, for shipping, your postal address to fulfil your order. Square processes the payment and receives the order details. Card details are entered directly into Square’s secure fields.

This website does not use advertising trackers. Opening an external map or email application is subject to that provider’s policies.

Cloudflare hosts this website and provides Turnstile spam protection for enquiry forms. Resend delivers enquiry and gift voucher emails. These services process the information needed to provide hosting, security and delivery.

For gift vouchers, we use the purchaser and recipient email addresses, personal message and chosen delivery time to issue and deliver the voucher. Square processes the payment and manages the gift card.

Enquiries are delivered to True Brew’s business inbox. Order and payment records are held in Square. Contact us to ask about access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, subject to any records we need to retain.
