The cost of your night.
02 / MINIMUM BAR SPEND
$2,500This is the minimum spent on drinks during your function. It’s separate from the hire fee and isn’t an additional upfront charge. Guests can buy their own drinks, you can open a tab, or you can do both.
50 guests×$10 per guest per hour×6 hours≈$3,000 in bar sales

How booking works.

Send an enquiry
Tell us your preferred Saturday, approximate guest numbers and what you’re celebrating.

Confirm the details
We’ll check availability and talk through timing, music, food and any special requests.

Secure your booking
Once confirmed, we’ll send an invoice with payment details. Your deposit is due within two weeks of booking confirmation.

Celebrate at True Brew
Invite your guests, organise your decorations and food, and join us at the brewery.
